Tóm tắt	This standard applies to the composite leavening agents (also known as baking powder, foam powder, ferment powder), which is mixed by the food additives conforming to GB2760 through physical mixing methods according to certain proportion. Substances not included in GB2760 cannot be added (except for food materials).
