Tóm tắt	This draft national technical regulation prescribes the quality requirements of propagating materials and seedlings of coffee crop (Coffea canaphora and Coffea arabica) to use for seedling production by vegetative and sexual propagation methods. This draft technical regulation will apply to organizations and individuals involve in producing, trading and importing propagation materials of coffee crop (Coffea canaphora and Coffea arabica).
