The Draft Ministry of Public Health notification entitled "The Labelling of Genetically Modified Foods (GMFs)", previously notified in G/SPS/N/THA/275 dated 1 November 2019, was adopted and published in the Royal Gazette dated 7 June 2022 as Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 432.
Date of entry into force: This notification shall come into force after 180 days following date of its publication in the Royal Gazette (4 December 2022).
