Tiêu đề	Draft Circular of amending, supplementing and repealing a number of legal documents on food safety issued by the Minister of Health
Tóm tắt	The draft Circular promulgates a list of foods, food additives, tools, packaging materials, and food containers that have been identified with commodity codes according to Viet Nam's list of exported and imported goods for national inspection purposes on food safety for imported foods. This draft Circular replaces Circular 28/2021/TT-BYT dated 20 December 2021. This draft Circular is linked to the Food Safety Law of Viet Nam, which all imported food products must be inspected at the border. This draft Circular provides a detailed list of food products under the responsibilities of the Ministry of Health of Viet Nam, which must be inspected at the border. Other ministries involved in food safety control in Viet Nam will issue their regulations following the same format.
