| Summary |
This Regulation will subject curry leaves from India, pitahaya (dragon fruit) from Viet Nam and vine leaves from Turkey to import conditions including the requirement that each consignment is accompanied by a health certificate. It repeals and replaces Implementing Regulation (EU) No 885/2014 and amends Regulation (EC) No 669/2009 that were previously setting import conditions for these products.
Additionally, this Regulation includes a provision regarding the notification of border rejections due to non-compliance with a maximum residue level of pesticides.
