Summary	This  circular  was  issued  in  view  of  the  anticipated  increased volume  of  importation  of  agricultural  and  fishery  commodities  as  well  as  feeds  and  feed ingredients  in  connection  with  the  Christmas  holiday  season  as  reminder  that  the  Must Ship  Out  Date  and  validity  period  of  SPS  Import  Clearance  (SPSIC)  shall  be  strictly enforced as stated in DA Administrative Order No. 9 Series of 2010, Section III, Rule F.
