| Summary |
For consumer protection, the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) is proposing, based on the scientific evidence, that botanicals, animals or parts of botanicals or animals which naturally contain toxins or substances of concern for human health shall be prohibited for use infood. The details are as follows:
1. The annex of the draft MOPH notification indicates a list of botanicals, animals or parts of botanicals or animals which shall be prohibited for use in food;
2. This notification shall come into force on the following date after its publication in the Royal Gazette.
