The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for flonicamid notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1579 (dated 18 November 2024) was adopted 12 February 2025. The proposed MRLs were established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and are provided directly below:

2 The established MRLs of 7.0 ppm on dried peppermint leaves and dried spearmint leaves are replaced by a single crop subgroup MRL of 40 ppm for herbs dried leaves (crop subgroup 25B).
3 The established MRLs of 7.0 ppm on fresh peppermint leaves and fresh spearmint leaves are replaced by a single crop subgroup MRL of 7.0 ppm for herbs fresh leaves (crop subgroup 25A).
4 The established MRLs of 1.5 ppm for lowbush blueberries and lingonberries are replaced by a single crop subgroup MRL of 1.5 ppm for bushberries (crop subgroup 13-07B).
