Following the notification G/TFA/N/SWZ/5/Rev.1 dated 12 October 2023 where Eswatini was notifying WTO Members on the arrangements concluded and progress made in the provision of technical assistance and capacity building support of category C provisions, in response to Article 16 of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), Eswatini would like to provide the following update on the implementation of Article 10.4 (Single Window)
• A partial Single Window procedure was developed for managing import permits within ASYCUDA World.
• Four border Agencies have been enrolled for the ASYCUDA World based permit control.
• Work is still ongoing, to enroll the rest of the Agencies in the system.
