Tóm tắt

The draft Circular provides comprehensive rules on the management of veterinary drugs, including marketing authorization; veterinary drug testing, trials; manufacture for export; import  and  export;  quality inspection,  management of veterinary drugs  and  veterinary drug raw materials containing narcotic substances or precursors; labeling and electronic labeling; prescribing and veterinary prescriptions; advertising; lists of veterinary drugs prohibited  from  use;  the  List  of  veterinary  drugs  containing  narcotic  substances, precursors; and the List of narcotic substances and precursors used as raw materials for veterinary  drugs  containing  narcotic  substances,  precursors;  and  responsibilities  of authorities, organizations and individuals. It replaces and consolidates relevant existing circulars on veterinary drug management.
