Tóm tắt	The purpose of this addendum is to inform WTO Members that the deadline for submitting comments on the Draft of the Food Safety Law replacing the Food Safety Law 2010 (Draft Law) (notified in G/SPS/N/VNM/187 on 3 August 2026) has been extended.   As Viet Nam is currently finalizing the Draft Law to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval (expected in September 2026), the comment period will remain open during this finalization process. However, to ensure that all comments from Members are thoroughly reviewed and effectively integrated into the final Draft Law, Members are highly encouraged to submit their comments before 11 September 2026.
