Tóm tắt	This draft decree shall replace Decree 202/2013/NĐ-CP dated 27 November 2013 regulating fertilizer management. The  notified  decree  stipulates  fertilizer  registration,  testing,  production,  packaging, labeling  and  quality  control;  the  export/import  of  fertilizers;  some  substances or microorganisms in fertilizers that affect human health and crops.
