Tóm tắt	The draft Circular provides guidelines to the implementation of some key content in Decree 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated 4 April 42017 on state  management of  animal  feed  using  in  livestock  and  aquaculture,  which  applied  for  all  individuals  and organizations  evolving  with  animal  feed  production  and  trade.  Some  highlight  contents are as follows: -  Implementation of antibiotic regulation on feed; -  Feed quality testing and controlling feed quality; -  Processing test results of feed quality during controlling; -  Research on new feed product before trading.
