Tóm tắt	The  "Quarantine  Regulations  for  Trans-shipment  of  Plants  or Plant  Products  through  Countries  or  Districts  where  Designated  Diseases  or  Pests  are Known to Occur" (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) is authorized by Article 21-1 of  the  "Plant  Protection  and  Quarantine  Act"  (hereinafter  referred  to  as  the  Act).  In accordance with the amendment of Article 14 of the Act on 20 June 2018, we amended the authorization basis and related articles of the Regulations. The relevant control measures for the transshipment of plants or plant products remain the same.
