Tóm tắt	Notification of adoption, publication or entry into force of regulation The measures being adopted are: − Import requirements for small seed lots: small seed lots of species eligible to import under the specific requirements in the import health standard for Capsicum (capsicum), Solanum (Solanum melongena only) (eggplant), Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) and Zea (corn) can be tested as composite samples for the presence of quarantine pests, offshore prior to export or on-arrival in New Zealand; − A phytosanitary certificate as a requirement for Raphanus sativus (radish) seeds for sowing; − An option for Phaseolus (bean) and Pisum (pea) seeds to be tested for the presence of quarantine pests, offshore prior to export; − Addition of Matthiola incana and Cyperus papyrus to the list of species approved for import as pelleted seed; − Removal of the following pests from pest lists and measures for these pests: Rhizopus maydis and Phaeocytostroma ambiguum on Zea (corn) seed, Cercospora loti on Lotus (lotus) seed, Peronosclerospora sorghi and Sclerospora graminicola on Panicum (panicum) seed. Modification of content and/or scope of previously notified draft regulation An additional trade-enabling option has been added to the import requirements for small seed lots of species eligible to import under the specific requirements in the import health standard for Capsicum (capsicum), Solanum (Solanum melongena only) (eggplant), Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) and Zea (corn) in the import health standard Seeds for Sowing. − The option is for small seed lots to be produced from parent plants that are officially tested for the presence of quarantine virus pests and inspected during the growing season for quarantine bacterial pests. The national plant protection organisation (NPPO) of the exporting country is required to provide an additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate to endorse that the measure has been performed according to the requirements of the import health standard. There is also a significant minor amendment that is being incorporated into this amendment. The additional declaration for the quarantine pest Anguina tritici in the specific requirements for Triticum seeds for sowing has been changed to: "The Triticum seeds have been: inspected microscopically in accordance with official procedures and Anguina tritici was not detected".
