Tóm tắt	This Salvadoran Technical Regulation establishes the safety and quality requirements and the specifications that must be met by the mixture of cream (cream) with oil or edible vegetable fat. Applies to any natural or legal person established in the national territory, which is dedicated to the production, sale and import of mixture of cream (cream) with oil or edible vegetable fat. Substitute products for milk cream that are presented in powder form are excluded.
