Tóm tắt	La loi No. 28-07 relative à la sécurité sanitaire des produits alimentaires, promulguée par le dahir No. 1-10-08 du 11 février 2010 constitue une base juridique importante qui institue les grands principes et concepts de la sécurité sanitaire des produits alimentaires dans notre pays. Elle interdit la mise sur le marché national, l'importation ou l'exportation de tout produit primaire ou produit alimentaire, s'il constitue un danger pour la vie ou la santé humaine.  Les produits primaires et les produits alimentaires issus d'animaux d'élevage ne sont considérés conformes que lorsqu'ils ne renferment pas de substances interdites administrées aux animaux d'élevage. Aussi, conformément à l'article 53 du décret No. 2-10-473 du 6 septembre 2011 pris pour l'application de certaines dispositions de la loi No. 28-07, la présente mesure vise la mise à jour de l'arrêté. susvisé par l'actualisation de la liste des substances concernées afin de protéger la santé du consommateur.
