Tóm tắt	On 25 April 2012, Vietnamese Government signed and published Decree 38/2012/ND-CP stipulating the detailed implementation of some articles of the Vietnamese Food Safety Law which includes regulations on: (i) technical regulation conformity announcement; (ii) assurance of food safety of genetically modified food; (iii) granting, withdrawing certification of food safety for food facilities; (iv) state inspection on food safety to importing and exporting foods, (v) food labelling; and (vi) responsibility of relevant ministries on state monitoring over food safety. The Decree will enter into force on 11 June 2012.
