To be compliance with regulations in Decree No 38/2012/NĐ-CP dated 25th April 2012 of the Vietnamese Government on guiding the implementation of some articles of the Food Safety Law, the draft Circular is to revise and amend some articles in Circular 13/2011/TT-BNNPTNT T as following:
a. Paragraph 1, 2 Article 1;
b. Paragraph 6 Article 3
c. Paragraph 1 (a,b) Article 5
d. Article 10
e. Paragraph 4, Article 27
f. Paragraph 5, Article 28
