G/SPS/N/GBR/11 of 13 September 2021 notified amendments to pest measures. The Regulation introducing these measures has now been published https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2022/114/made. The entry into force date of 1 March 2022 has changed and will now be 2 March 2022.
The original notification included the introduction of pest measures for Leek yellow stripe virus and Heterodera fici. Following further consideration, it has been decided that the proposed measures for Leek yellow stripe virus are not required.
The measures for Heterodera fici had already been included in other legislation that has been notified previously in G/SPS/N/GBR/8/Add.1, therefore the duplication has been removed.
This addendum concerns
- Notification of adoption, publication or entry into force of regulation
- Modification of content and/or scope of previously notified draft regulation
- Change in proposed date of adoption, publication or date of entry into force
