Title	Resolución CNNC No 01-2024, Comisión Nacional de Normalización Técnica y Calidad (CNNC).
Summary	Resolución de la CNNC, respecto a la adopción íntegra de Normas Internacionales y Código de Práctica del Codex Alimentarius para Productos de la Pesca y Acuicultura, de conformidad al Reglamento para la elaboración de normas técnicas y trabajos de los Comités Nacionales, publicado en La Gaceta, Diario Oficial No. 68 del 18 de abril de 2024. Por lo cual, se adoptan con carácter obligatorio los siguientes textos del Codex Alimentarius, en su versión vigente: • CXS 36, Norma para pescados no eviscerados y eviscerados congelados rápidamente; • CXS 37, Norma para los camarones en conserva; • CXC 52, Código de práctica para los pescados y productos pesqueros; • CXS 92, Norma para los camarones congelados rápidamente; • CXS 95, Norma para langostas congeladas rápidamente.
