Tóm tắt	The measure authorises a production process using acetone washes of the pig kidneys to obtain the protein extract and the use of Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography linked with Fluorescent Detection (UHPLC-FLD) as an additional method to the currently authorised one for the determination of the enzymatic activity of Diamine Oxidase (DAO) contained in the extracted protein.
