Tóm tắt	The draft introduces amendments in terms of investing in member States of the Eurasian Economic Union powers to agree and initial veterinary certificates in electronic form via e-mail. The amendments also allow the member States to determine the date of entry of such certificates into force. The amendments cover the forms of veterinary certificates that differ from the Unified forms of veterinary certificates for goods subject to veterinary control (supervision) imported into the customs territory of the Union, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 607 of 7 April 2011.
