Summary	The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/861 (15 July 2025) is now adopted by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/89 of 14 January 2026 concerning the denial of the renewal of the authorization of a preparation containing a smoke flavouring extract-2b0001 as a feed additive for dogs and cats and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1076/2014 (Text with EEA relevance). This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
