This addendum concerns the notification of the Ministerial Decree No. 393/2022 (2 pages, in Arabic) which extends the shelf life of frozen fish and frozen liver stipulated in the Egyptian Standard ES 2613--2/2008 for "Shelf life for food products part 2: shelf life" to be nine months in case of frozen fish and ten months in case of frozen liver from the date of slaughter. This decree is valid from 1 July 2022 until 30 June 2023. |
